About TraceScan Monitor

TraceScan Monitor is an automated media monitoring tool built for Trace Creek Construction. Every morning at 7:00 AM Eastern, it searches public posts on Facebook, X and LinkedIn for the names, projects and keywords that matter to our business, then gathers every new mention into a single, easy-to-read PDF report.

The tool is designed for the Trace Creek leadership, marketing and project teams who need to know what customers, partners and the community are saying about our work. Instead of checking several social networks by hand each day, staff receive one consolidated summary by email, with a short overview of each search and direct links to every original post.

Administrators manage everything from a secure staff portal: they choose which search terms to track, decide who receives the daily report, review past reports and mentions, and approve every new team member before they are granted access. Only public posts are scanned; private accounts and private groups are never accessed.
